FOCA thoughts

Last night at mass, our priest brought up some of the many bad things about FOCA. Gosh....It just breaks my heart. Father talked about how these abortion clinics won't have to be regulated anymore so anyone can open one up and do abortions . No one will check to see if they are doing it right or if they are even being sanitary. I don't know...but it sounds down right evil and mean. Some poor young child is going to go to one of these places...get a botched abortion and maybe get in infection or eliminate her possibilities of ever having a child. I remember when abortion first started getting talked about and how these places were rumored to do abortions with hangers, etc. IT was crazy. So, we are going back to those possibilities? Is this really a fact? God Help US! I'm slowly realizing what FOCA is all about. I know I won't be having an abortion but goodness...these people out there that don't think twice about it. Ugh!
****On a brighter note*****my girlfriend just offered to give me a brand new stroller. Her grandson out grew it and he barely used it. I told I would take it. I guess we just never know what God's plans are and I feel it's okay to have some baby things around ( we have some other things being stored in our basement). If all else fails......maybe I'll use it to take my cat out for a walk! Ha ha...just kidding. God Bless!
