 OMG...Stephanie from BlessedToBe nominated me for the "prestigious" blog award back in July and I was going on vacation so I totally ignored until now.  I've seen this award float around the blog world for a few years now and no one has ever thought of me until Stephanie...so thank you girl.  So I will answer the questions Stephanie asked.....

 

 

1.) Why do you blog?  Good question... I started blogging because I felt truly alone being Catholic and infertile..it was nice to connect with other women who were on the same boat as me. I wanted my journey to be prayerful no matter how it ends. Years later, I blog because I hope my story can teach/help other women that have IF that life does not end because you don't have children (yet).  Life moves on...lately that has seemed hard but I hope I am helping others to wait with grace (for God's will) and/or accept God's will....it's tough ladies...I'm living proof of that...but God gave us this cross for some kind of greater good and we have no choice but to lift it up for Him and live our lives...as prayerfully as we can.

 

  2.) What is your favorite smell?  Oooohhh...my favorite smell is coffee brewing...love it!

3.) What would you have as your last meal? Include appetizer, main course, and dessert.  Mozzarella cheese sticks with sauce, a good filet Mignon with a twice baked potato and salad with ranch and for dessert.....the biggest Oreo Concrete Mixer money can buy!!!! 

 

4.) If you could master any skill overnight, what would it be?  Being able to do Passage while riding a horse...it's being able to make a horse "dance" underneath you...you and beast become one.  It's so amazing to watch good Passage riders...just amazing.  Someday, I will get back into the saddle.

 

5.) Who's your favorite Disney character?   As a child I loved Cinderella and Snow White...as an adult I'm in with Monster's Inc...Mike and Sully.  They are just a hoot. :)

 

6.) What movie did you most recently watch?  I'm a Lifetime fanatic...so it was a movie on that channel....can't remember the name but it was about two women who struck up a friendship only to realize one friend was sleeping with the others husband.  So typical.

 

7.) What song are you currently listening to on repeat? Pit Bull...Hey Baby (Drop it to the floor)...

8.) Cupcake or slice of pie? Slice of pie...hands down.

9.) If you could have an miniaturized animal as a pet, what would you pick? (For example, John tells me he wants a mini-bear.)  Miniature horses...little in size but they think they are big horses.  A friend of mine raises mini horses.  I hear mini horses make good "seeing eye" animals for blind people.  Interesting.

10.) If you just found out company was coming over in a few hours, what dish would you whip up for them?  My special Chicken Divine.  I've made this so much I don't need a recipe.

11.) Summarize yourself in 4 words. GO!  Friendly, Respectful,  Dependable, Prayerful.
