was a special day.

First, my dh and I celebrated being married 13 years.  I can only say I love him more and more.  I feel so blessed to be married to my dh and I look forward to celebrating many more years of wedded bliss!  God is good!!!

Second, friends of ours adopted their foster son on this day.  They have been fostering him for 5 years. He came into their lives when he was 6 months old.  IT's been a long journey for their family but a good one indeed.  The little guy has had some recent health issues and is in the hospital.  Please pray for this little guy and his family.

Third, Stephanie at Blessed To Be had her baby boy!  He came on his due date!!!  How often does that really happen?

Today, I had my yearly health assessment at the health center where I work out and my cholesterol levels are in a normal range!  All the numbers looked good!  Woo hoo....now that I have established a good work out schedule...now I need to work on eating healthier and losing some more weight.

Today, I'm thankful for God's goodness.
