Quick Update

Boy, I can't put into words how busy work is making me.  Now it's time for me to get ready for parent teacher conferences....so I'm super busy now trying to get my student portfolio's ready.  Whew.

I saw my g.p. this morning and I got a few bits of good news.  First off, my cholesterol numbers are still good so I won't need that med at this time.  Thank you Lord! 

Secondly, my progesterone levels from my last p+7 draw was 19.80!  I don't think I've ever seen it that high!  Is that a good number for all you pros out there?  I know before HCG it was around 4 or 5...yeah... I know...blah.  So for me, I got a good number.

Thirdly, I started (or we) a new anti-biotic...and so far I'm tolerating it better than the last one.  This one we take for 2 weeks.  I'll do the best I can. Nuff said on that.  I'm a wimp with side effects...especially now that I'm teaching and have to be so on my game. Ugh!

Everything else looked good so the dr and I discussed TTC'ing and she said now is the time.  Well...maybe next month since we are doing antibiotics this month.  She said my hormones are good.  She was pleased with the results.  So....we'll see.  Between surgery and my numbers things are definitely looking better.  I just love good news!

I told my dh we need to put forth more of an effort and he agreed.  I was in shock.  Once I explained my hormone levels...he seemed to think now may be a good time. 

BTW: We are not going to get our hopes up either.  We are a little hopeful but not like before.  We just can't go back THERE again.  It's just a glimmer of hope...just a glimmer.

Other than being super busy at work....nothing much else going on and that is fine by me.  I don't have time for anything else.  I'm looking at taking another few classes to get another credential...in case this classroom teacher thing doesn't work out.  Prek is all grant funded and our state is flat broke.  Who knows.
