It all begins on Monday and other ramblings.

I am in complete awe and in full of thanks that my stud.ent teachin.g experience is beginning on Monday! Yesterday (Fri) I had to go to a studen.t teachi.ng orientation at the university. I was up at 5:30 am...mornings are nice but that was early. I was worried about parking for yesterday was fresh.man move in day (LOL!). I parked in a paid parking area and found out it was free...no charge just on Fri! That was a treat.

The orientation was good and I met up with some other women from my classes. We had a nice chat. After the orientation we went to lunch and then had to meet with our respective supervisors. Mine seems persnickety???? She is expecting quite a lot of work and comprehensive lesson plans. I have to write one out for every subject I teach. Ugh! In pre-k that will be two..one small group lesson and a large group lesson. When I get to second grade...that will be five or six a day! I also have to plan one big unit lesson...lots of work on that one. So in other words...I will be busy. I knew that..in a way. I just hope to be a sponge and learn. I love working with children and pray that I will be a good teacher for them and the Lord. I know all will be okay.

In cycle news...I love my chiro dr! My last cycle was awesome. I had good cm...10kl x's 3 or AD! Every day after AF stopped until a few days before Peak. I still don't get why it gets so scanty before peak. Oh well...the best part of the cycle...I had a few cramps...and no migraine!!! I enjoyed the getaway weekend...eating what I wanted and not living on Al.eve. I had one day of cramps before AF arrived. Wow...I just wonder if this is helping my fertility? hmmmmm.....I hope the following months are just as good! The chiro is also good at relieving stress..I need that.

Below are pics for Misfit to enjoy (and you if you want)...these are from one of the 1800's house we toured on our trip. The owner was a president......and yes...all the furniture is authentic. I posted more pics on my private blog which include pics of my dh and I.

The furniture is small because the people were smaller back then. Interesting huh?

I love this stove. It was so tiny...this house seemed perfect for children...just their size.
Thanks for sharing and God bless. If I don't post for awhile it's because I will be exhausted. I'm going back to work full time (gulp) and I will be busy! I'll try my best to keep up with reading and commenting. It's all good...it's for the Lord and for betterment of my life! Thanks for all of your support!
Please pray that the studen.t teachin.g experience goes well. Thanks!

  1. I'm glad you are benefitting from the chiro. I began seeing mine last fall a few months before my surgery and noticed MAJOR improvments in the pain involved in my cycles. Almost non-existent after a month of seeing him. And I even think it contributed to our conceiving this go round.
