What a week!

Whew...last week was busy. I had a wonderful bday. The party was a success. Being 40 feels great...I actually feel younger. heheheehe. God is good. I posted pics on my private blog.

Last week, my brother flew in from FL and he spent a few days at our house...which it's so rare for anyone to stay with us. Our "guest" bedroom is actually my office now so he had to sleep on an air mattress..which he didn't mind. It was very special to have him stay with us. He's an awesome brother.

BTW: I have three older brothers and an older sister. I'm the baby.

Also, my cousins from Canada were in too...they stayed at my parents house. We haven't seen this couple since our wedding. They were so sweet. My hubby and I hosted an evening meal so my mother could have a rest. She works way too hard when she hosts guests. Maybe next summer...we'll be able to visit my family up in Canada. They are a hoot.

My chiro recommended that I take EP.O (evenin.g primro.se oil) for my pms symptoms, etc. Well...I broke out in a rash from it...so check that off my list. Ugh! The rash was gone by the time the party came around...so I wasn't red all over. He has some other ideas to try but I'm not too sure about them. My body is so sensitive.

Now I'm back to normal living so that means I have to get back to my studies. Two more class sessions and I'm through. I'm so burnt out I've left the work to the last minute....I just can't get motivated. This class is so hard too. It's hard to believe I'll be s t'ing in less than a month. Where did the summer go?
