I guess after all the times I've subbed in classrooms with sick children...it's now my turn. Ugh! I've just got a chest cold and my sinuses are hurting, hurts to talk...no fever or aches...so not the flu. Praise God! That flu is going around big time around me. So, I'm thankful I don't have that.
My wonderful dh is going to dinner at my parents house tonight...yes..without me!!! I can't believe it. I don't know if I'd feel comfortable being around his family without him. I know he doesn't want me to cook and my mom is a really good cook...so this way he gets a nice meal. It's my niece's 13th bday too. I'm sure it will go well. My parents adopted him as another son when we met and got married. They just adore him! ( My dh did warn me that there's a payback somewhere in this. hehehe....)
My wonderful dh is also going to teach my R.E. class tomorrow morning. There's a lot of paranoia going on with the flu and don't need parents wondering how sick I am. I sound sick..that is for sure. So, I gave him the plans and he's going to take over! I only have 5 students right now who are rather quiet. They are good kids...so I'm sure he'll enjoy doing that too.
My dh is such a good husband...I am so blessed!!! God is good. :)
I hope you feel better soon. It's great that your DH is able to sub for you in your RE class.
